Catalysts Commons provides downloadable digital educational materials. Because these products can be accessed immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once digital materials have been delivered, except as described below or as required by applicable law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us. Verified duplicate purchases are eligible for a refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Files

If your download contains incorrect, incomplete, or corrupted files, we will work to provide a corrected replacement.

Download and Delivery Problems

If you cannot access your purchased materials, please contact us with your order information. We will work to resolve the problem within three business days.

If we cannot provide a working purchased product within that period, we will offer a refund.
